The Organic Garden & Promise Provisions
Our organic garden is woven into life on the ranch. What starts in the soil finds its way to the kitchen, where the harvest becomes small-batch Promise Provisions—honey, jam, and barbecue sauce we share with our members.
The Animals
Our Blue Foot chickens, a heritage French breed celebrated for their rich flavor, supply fresh eggs to the kitchen. Rescue horses roam freely across pastures, while over 100 beehives nourish the garden and yield honey for Promise Provisions.
